ITIL® 4 FOUNDATION
The ITIL® 4 Foundation is a three-day accredited course which finishes with an internationally accepted certification exam. The course will provide the participants with a basic level of knowledge of the internationally recognized methodology for managing IT services (IT Service Management). It extracts and collates the best knowledge from the current worldwide recognized frameworks, practices, recommendations, methods and ways of working into complex framework. The launch of ITIL® version 4 enabled organizations to adapt more quickly to the ever-changing market requirements and to react flexibly through new agile ways of working. ITIL® provides guidancee for an up-to-date IT services management in the form of a structured and integrated system of principles, resources, practices and activities incorporated into a value creating chain. FOR WHOM IS THE ITIL® 4 COURSE DESIGNED
ITIL® 4 is designed in such an innovative way so the participant does not need any preliminary knowledge for passing the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam. On the contrary, deeply rooted internal company processes and ways of working may prevent the participant from adopting new up-to-date approaches.
ITIL® speaks the language of IT services suppliers and therefore it is primarily designed for those whose core business is providing IT services and technologies. The Foundation level is recommended for all employees of the organization involved in providing IT services to their clients. The purpose of the overall educational approach of this framework is to implement new consistent way of thinking oriented on teamwork, on agile concepts of working, on the perception of the value created, on a clear definition of roles, on supporting transparency, on enhancing the corporate culture, and so on in the organization.
